Privacy
Privacy and cookies
This page covers the Liturgical Living website. The app keeps your journal, prayer intentions and logs on your device, with no account.
What the site measures
- Google AnalyticsCounts page views and taps on the App Store and
Google Play buttons. Google sets its own cookies (named
_gaand_ga_…) and processes your IP address under Google's privacy policy. You can block it with a content blocker or Google's opt-out add-on. - Vercel Web AnalyticsCookie-free page-view counts from our host.
- Our own counterOne anonymous count when a visit starts and one per app-store tap: the page section and the referring site (for example "google"). No cookie, no IP address, no browser details stored. It uses your browser's session storage, which clears when the tab closes.
- Daily gamesYour progress and streaks are saved in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.
What the app counts
The app sends four anonymous daily counts, nothing else: the Plus suggestion was shown, the Plus screen was shown, a purchase was started, a purchase was completed. Each is a plain +1 to that day's total, with the platform (Android or iOS) read from the request. No account, no device or user ID, no IP address and no prayer content are stored or sent.
Links to stores
Some pages may include a small, labeled block of links to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. If you follow one of those links, Amazon may set cookies under its own privacy notice to credit the referral. We never see what you buy or who you are. No prayer or novena page carries these links.
What we never do
No accounts on the site, no email collection, no ad networks, no selling or sharing of personal data.
